Teko Sports Foundation is a registered, charitable, and non-profit indigenous NGO based in Gulu City, Northern Uganda, using sports and games to drive community development and social change.
TSF was officially incorporated on April 8, 2025.
We operate across Northern Uganda, including Gulu, Lira, Oyam, Omoro, Nwoya, and Amuru, as well as refugee settlements such as Kyaka II and Kiryandongo.
Our mission is to create a Uganda where sports and games are catalysts for a healthy, equitable, and sustainable society.
Our programs currently engage thousands of participants, including over 5,000 individuals through the SHARE League alone.
You can support us by donating, partnering with us, volunteering, or sponsoring programs and initiatives.
Yes, we welcome partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, private sector organizations, and development partners.
Our work focuses on health and nutrition, education, food security and livelihoods, environmental awareness, peace and justice, and child safety and rehabilitation.
We integrate sports with community programs such as health education, school engagement, environmental action, and livelihood training to create measurable impact.
The SHARE League (Sports for Holistic Advancement & Resilience) is our flagship program in refugee communities, linking sports participation to improvements in health, education, and livelihoods.
Our programs serve children, youth, women, vulnerable households, and both refugee and host communities.
We track measurable indicators such as improved health outcomes, school attendance, environmental activities, and income generation among participants.
We use a Pay-Forward model where beneficiaries pass on resources and knowledge to others, creating a multiplier effect within communities.
Rather than direct financial aid, we provide livelihood support such as poultry, dairy units, and skills training to ensure long-term sustainability.
